Position: Pipe Welder Location: Statesville, NC Company: HVAC Service Provider Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with an organization focused on growth, safety, and employee development. This role involves welding, fabricating, assembling, and installing metal components and structures using various welding techniques, including TIG, and Stick. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and technical drawings, inspecting welds for quality and accuracy, maintaining welding equipment, and following established safety procedures. Experience in a construction or fabrication environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other trades. Must be comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and on ladders. Requirements: -5+ years experience with TIG and Stick welding -Experience with carbon steel and stainless steel required -Must have experience with Sch 40 and 80 sized pipes -Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols required -Welding certifications and additional technical training are a plus.
