Electrical Apprentice (Levels 1 and 2)
Location: Memphis, TN & Southaven, MS

Pay & Compensation
Level 1 Apprentice (415/480V): $30.00 - $34.00 / hour
Level 2 Apprentice (415/480V): $34.00 - $38.00 / hour
Medium Voltage (MV) Apprentice (15-35 kV experience): $40.00 - $48.00 / hour
Per Diem: $160.00 per day (paid weekly) for workers living 75 miles or more from the site.
Schedule & Overtime: 6 days a week, 12-hour shifts (Monday-Saturday or Sunday-Friday), with optional 7th day and heavy overtime. Day and night shifts available (must be open to either). Holiday work on critical-path crews pays double time for the full holiday weekend.
Benefits: Weekly pay, health plan (cafeteria plan available), and a potential path to permanent conversion after 90 days (not guaranteed).

Join a major AI data-center build spanning the Memphis, TN and Southaven, MS areas. This is a massive, fast-moving industrial project offering long-term work and future travel opportunities for experienced field apprentices looking for heavy overtime.
What You'll Do
Assist journeymen with 415/480V power distribution installations and terminations.
Pull cable, run conduit and tray, and stage materials.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and verify zero energy before any work begins.
Position Requirements
Level 1: 5+ years of field experience; understands basic 120/240/480V concepts and works under supervision.
Level 2: 5-6 years of experience, with hands-on time on 480V installs assisting with terminations.
Core Skill: Must know how to set up and use a multimeter and how to prove a circuit dead.
Preferred Qualifications (Pluses)
Enrolled in or completed an electrical apprenticeship program.
Prior industrial or data center construction experience.
OSHA 10 certification.
General Requirements
Must pass a background check.
Able to work outdoors, at heights, and in full PPE for a 12-hour shift.
Fluent in English to understand and follow safety and work instructions.
Candidates may be represented by only one staffing agency for this project.
