Shift: 1st Shift

Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Dress Code: Casual attire

Required Safety Equipment: Steel-toe shoes

Job Responsibilities

• Power on the computer and scanner, then log in to the designated system.
• Verify batch identification numbers and confirm label accuracy.
• Scan and validate each card number, identifying and documenting any unreadable cards.
• Save and submit completed batches, then generate and print the reconciliation report.
• Secure all physical cards in accordance with established company security procedures.
• Complete end-of-shift documentation, including notes and any discrepancies identified during processing.

Shift Notes and Requirements

• Report to work on time and be prepared to begin duties at 7:00 AM.
• Wear appropriate casual attire and steel-toe shoes as required.
• Follow all established procedures for scanning, verification, documentation, and secure handling of physical cards.
• Report any scanning issues, discrepancies, or irregularities to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality throughout the shift.
