Position Summary
We are seeking dependable General Labor Level 1 associates to support daily operations in a grain handling environment. This role requires individuals who are comfortable performing physical labor, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Sweep dust, grain, and debris to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Operate and crank hoppers as needed to support production activities.
Follow all site safety procedures and work instructions.
Perform general labor tasks as assigned by site leadership.
Work Schedule
Up to 65 hours per week.
Up to 6 days per week based on business needs.
Overtime may be required.
Required PPE and Attire
Employees must report to work wearing:
Steel-toe or approved work boots.
Jeans or durable work pants.
Appropriate T-shirt.
Additional required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided on-site.
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to work in a dusty grain facility environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to safely perform physical labor throughout the duration of the shift.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
