Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 8:30 AM - Until Finish Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Housemen to join a hospitality team in the Greensboro area. This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of hotel and facility common areas while supporting housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently or with a team, and committed to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public areas, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces
• Assist housekeeping staff with linen distribution, supply replenishment, and room support duties
• Remove trash and transport linens, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility
• Respond promptly to housekeeping and guest service requests
• Set up and move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
• Ensure housekeeping storage areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Support team members to ensure efficient daily operations and guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Previous Houseman experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
• Must attend an interview and screening process at our Greensboro office
• Must be able to interview with the client
• Must meet background screening requirements
• Must pass a drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotels, hospitality, resorts, or housekeeping environments
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer service experience in a hospitality setting
