Mohr Air Conditioning & Plumbing is one of Arkansas's oldest family-owned HVAC companies, proudly serving East and Northeast Arkansas since 1968. From our roots in Wynne, we've grown into Jonesboro and Searcy, and we now offer full-service residential plumbing alongside heating and air conditioning. About 90% of our new customers come to us through referrals from existing customers.
Why We Need YouWe're hiring a Location Manager to run field operations at our Jonesboro location. You'll lead a team of 5-7 service technicians and installers, keep quality high on every job, and make sure every customer gets the Mohr experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has been a strong tech and is ready to build a great team.
Compensation$70,000-$100,000 per year salary, depending on experience
Company take-home vehicle
Full-time, year-round work
Lead all field service techs and installers at the Jonesboro location (5-7 people)
Hold regular 1:1s and ride-alongs, coach on tough calls, and hold the team accountable
Manage to performance KPIs in ServiceTitan
Own quality, safety, and consistency on service and installation work
Handle customer escalations and callbacks with care and professionalism
Handle location admin: approve and submit timesheets, track team bonuses and spiffs, and coordinate with HR
Work closely with dispatch, the operations manager, and our comfort advisors to keep the day running smoothly
Run service calls yourself when the team needs it. This is a working manager role.
5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in service, installation, or both
1-2 years of leadership experience as a lead tech, field supervisor, or service/install manager
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable using numbers and reports to manage a team. ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but we'll train you.
Experience in a Nexstar or similar process-driven shop is a plus
EPA 608 certification
Live within about 30 minutes of our Jonesboro shop
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
