What You'll Handle

• Support the assembly and placement of structural steel components on site.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and job locations.
• Keep work zones clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
• Follow direction from supervisors and coordinate with teammates to get the job done.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly.
• Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Adhere to all site safety procedures, regulations, and protocols.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Any construction or steel fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
