Property Restoration Specialist
SERVPRO is looking for dependable, hardworking, team-oriented people to join our Restoration Team.

Previous restoration or construction experience is a plus, but not required. We'll teach the skills to the right
person.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work as part of a team on water, fire, mold, and other restoration projects
- Set up and operate restoration equipment
- Perform mitigation, demolition, cleaning, and restoration services
- Communicate with customers, supervisors, and teammates
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Take care of company vehicles, equipment, and tools
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Step in and help wherever the team needs you
- You show up dependable, prepared, and ready to work
- You take ownership of your responsibilities
- You help your teammates without being asked
- You communicate and solve problems instead of pointing fingers
- You take pride in doing things right
- You treat customers, their property, and your teammates with respect
- You are coachable and want to improve
- You don't have a "that's not my job" mentality
- You understand that the team's success comes before individual credit
