Argo is partnering with a leading law firm to identify an Intellectual Property Associate for its Phoenix, Arizona office.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Intellectual Property Associate will focus on patent prosecution and drafting for clients in the technology sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications before the USPTO
- Draft patent specifications, claims, and office action responses
- Conduct prior art searches and patentability analyses
- Counsel clients on patent portfolio strategy
- Support IP due diligence and opinion work

QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 2-5 years of patent prosecution and drafting experience
- Registered to practice before the USPTO
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Arizona bar admission required
- Strong technical writing and analytical skills
