Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining restaurant, kitchen, bar and restroom plumbing needs
Essential Functions:
Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift
Must be capable of maintaining restaurant, kitchen and bar equipment.
Have basic knowledge of:
o Work efficiently and safely with all hand and power tools.
o Establish an effective maintenance schedule on all restaurant, bar, and kitchen equipment.
o Instillation of new equipment
o Ensure reliability of back up equipment for emergencies.
o Work around electrical, water, and gas feed lines.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma, GED or trade school equivalent required.
Experience in basic plumbing, electrical and metal fabrication.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Be organized, flexible and multitasked oriented and maintain a high level of confidence while working under deadline pressures.
