Job description
We don't just hire plumbers. We build legends.
John the Plumber has been the name South Florida trusts for over 45 years. We don't take everyone - we take the best. If that's you, keep reading.
Most companies will hire any warm body with a wrench. We're not most companies. For four and a half decades, we've built a reputation on one thing: showing up better than everyone else. Our technicians earn $100K-$200K+ because they deserve it. They're the standard-setters, the problem-solvers, the pros customers call back and ask for by name.
We have one open seat on this team. We're not in a hurry to fill it with the wrong person.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $100,000-$200,000+ annual earnings
- Take-home company van
- All tools provided
- Paid training & development
- Health + dental + vision insurance (after 90 days)
- Vacation + holiday + sick pay (after 90 days)
-Immediately-vested 401k match (After 6 Months)
THE ROLE
You've got 2-5 years in the trade and a reputation you're proud of. You're the kind of tech who finishes the job right, explains it clearly, and leaves the customer better off than you found them. You've mastered the fundamentals - fixtures, water heaters, sewer and drain, soldering - and you're hungry to go further. You don't need to be managed. You need to be challenged.
THE CULTURE
Family-owned, family-run, family-values. Not a corporate franchise. Not a revolving door. You'll know everyone's name on day one. Your wins will be celebrated. Your growth will be invested in. This is a place where the best plumbers in South Florida have built careers - not just paychecks.
Requirements: Valid driver's license, 1+ year plumbing experience, English proficiency.
Full-time In person Mon-Fri + on-call availability Pompano Beach, FL
