What We Offer:
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 to $140,000.00 (un-capped) per year
Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Optional overtime
Compensation: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour base, plus commission and performance bonuses
Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. The franchisee sets their own compensation and benefits. What We Offer:
- $35 to $50/hr base pay, set on your license tenure and experience
- Commission on the work you complete, on top of base. Our top performers earn well past their hourly. We'll walk you through the exact structure on the first call, and we're open to talking hourly + commission, higher base with lower commission, or a straight commission plan. - You hold a current Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- You have 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing
- You have a valid driver's license and clean background
