• Deep understanding of Linux systems and production infrastructure
• Experience designing and building large-scale infrastructure, platforms, or distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of systems design, networking, concurrency, or distributed computing
• Experience developing software and automation that improves scalability, performance, and reliability
• Ability to solve complex technical problems across multiple layers of the infrastructure stack

Nice to Have

• Background within a quantitative trading firm, leading technology company, or high-growth startup
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, or large-scale compute environments
• Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, orchestration, or infrastructure automation
• Exposure to high-performance computing, storage, networking, or performance optimization

On Offer

• Market-leading compensation and benefits
• High-ownership, engineering-first culture
• Complex technical problems with significant scope and scale
• Direct impact on business-critical research and trading infrastructure
