ROOFERS - Hiring roofers with roofing experience. If you can climb a ladder, run a nail gun, and survive tear-off day without filing an emotional grievance, you'll fit right in.
You'll do:
Installs, repairs, tear-offs
Heights, tools, weather mood swings
Keeping pace with a crew that works fast and jokes faster
You'll need:
Actual roofing experience
Transportation that starts
At least 17 years between now and your first birthday
Work ethic stronger than your excuses

Basic tool use and jobsite support
You'll need:
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 - 80 lbs
