Fence Installer / Laborer - Will Train
Kyle Mitchell Fencing, LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated person who wants to learn fence installation and grow with our company. No fencing experience is required-we're willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn.
You'll work directly with the owner and crew installing fences, preparing jobsites, handling materials, and using tools. This is physically demanding outdoor work in Florida weather.
Responsibilities
• Assist with fence installation, including digging postholes, setting posts, and assembling fence sections.
• Load, unload, and move tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learn to safely use hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment.
• Drive a company work truck as assigned.
• Keep trucks, tools, and jobsites clean and organized.
• Follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Take initiative and accept increasing responsibility as your skills develop.
Requirements
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely drive a company work truck.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn, follow directions, and work with a team.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying materials, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions.
Preferred, but Not Required
• Experience in construction, landscaping, fencing, or other physical work.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
Opportunity to advance into an experienced installer or crew leader role based on performance, skills, and reliability.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
