MRW Construction Service Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a full-time Laborer to support job site operations in Benton, AR.

Position Summary

The Laborer will assist with day-to-day construction tasks to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to established standards. This role is hands-on and ideal for individuals who take pride in contributing to a productive crew environment.

You will work under direction to perform physical labor, support site preparation and cleanup, and help maintain a safe and organized worksite.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled trades and crew members with general construction duties as assigned

• Perform site setup and cleanup, including maintaining materials and staging areas

• Support tasks such as loading, unloading, moving materials, and basic equipment handling

• Follow safety procedures and adhere to job site rules and required PPE usage

• Assist with maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment and report concerns to supervisors

• Assist with installation and maintenance of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drain systems

• Ability to perform physical work in outdoor environments and on active job sites

• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work in accordance with site guidelines

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn and take direction

• Basic readiness to perform manual labor tasks that may involve lifting and carrying

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or labor-intensive work

• Familiarity with common job site safety practices and safe handling of materials

• Experience working as part of a crew in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Comfort working with tools and equipment under supervision

Compensation

Hourly rate: $20
