Job Summary:
The Remodel Laborer is responsible for supporting Peppermill Engineering and/or sub-contractors during remodel or renovation projects on Peppermill properties.
Essential Functions:
Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift
Have basic knowledge of the following skills:
o Work efficiently and safely with all hand tools
o Work efficiently and safely with all power tools
Deliver materials to worksites and dispose of materials when necessary
Store items properly throughout property
General labor work
Assess areas and determine if any repair or upkeep are necessary
Respond promptly to the needs of guests and company
Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to proper management.
Attend and successfully complete all training courses and requirements.
Qualifications:
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.
Have previous experience or general awareness of labor/remodel work
