What You'll Be Doing
As an experienced Commercial Roofer, you will work as part of a professional crew performing commercial roofing installation, repair, tear-off, and replacement work.
Responsibilities may include:
• Installing and repairing commercial flat roofing systems
• Performing tear-offs and roof replacements
• Installing insulation and roofing materials
• Rolling and completing seams
• Loading and unloading roofing materials
• Operating roofing tools and equipment
• Maintaining clean and safe jobsites
• Working closely with foremen and crew members to meet daily production goals
• Following company and jobsite safety procedures
Requirements
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial roofing experience required
Hands-on experience with commercial flat roofing systems
Ability to perform the physical duties associated with commercial roofing
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a crew
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Quality-focused and takes pride in workmanship
This position is intended for experienced commercial roofers. Prior commercial roofing experience must be verifiable.
