Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM Position Summary We are seeking dependable General Labor associates for a manufacturing facility in Springfield, Ohio. This position supports day-to-day production operations and may involve assembly, operating production equipment, handling materials, and completing other general manufacturing tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities

• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties
• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Load, unload, and handle materials throughout the production area
• Assist with press and punch operations as assigned
• Operate basic production equipment after proper training
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn different production tasks and equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the majority of the shift
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
