No experience needed - just a mechanical mindset and a willingness to learn. If you like working on your own car, fixing up a lawnmower, or doing your own oil changes, you already have what it takes to succeed here. This is an entry-level opportunity with a clear path to grow: start at $20/hr and increase your pay as you take on new roles and responsibilities. What You'll Do

• Prep and inspect transmission parts for heavy equipment rebuilds
• Operate a forklift and material lifting equipment safely (training available)
• Use basic math and US/metric measurement skills to check part specs
• Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Communicate positively and effectively with your team
• Learn to maintain the equipment and machines you operate
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards

What You Bring

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on mechanical experience - working on cars, small engines, or doing your own repairs
• Comfort using hand tools
• Ability to read and follow written and diagrammed instructions in English
• Visual acuity for close work, color differentiation, and depth perception
• A safety-first mindset for yourself and your team
