Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience

Entry-Level:$20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experienced:$26.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM, plus a minimal rotating on-call schedule.

Performance Pay: In addition to base pay, average technicians earn approximately $2.00-$3.00 more per hour through performance incentives, with top technicians earning approximately $5.00 more per hour.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• Complete quality service work and help prevent callbacks
• Explain system findings and options clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Participate in weekly technical training

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Candidates with at least 1 year of HVAC experience and a strong ability to learn may be considered for entry-level placement
• Strong diagnostic abilities for experienced-level placement
• Professional customer communication skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• EPA Type II certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of starting
