Job Description We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and maintaining scalable data management systems, building data pipelines, and developing predictive models and a proven ability to deliver reliable, high-quality data solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities: Design, construct, install, test, and maintain data management systems. Build high-performance algorithms, predictive models, and prototypes. Ensure systems comply with business requirements and industry practices. Integrate emerging data management and software engineering technologies into existing data structures. Develop processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production. Create custom software components and analytics applications. Research new uses for existing data to drive business outcomes. Employ diverse languages and tools to connect and orchestrate systems. Collaborate with data architects, IT teams, and data scientists to align on project goals. Install and update disaster recovery procedures. Recommend improvements to enhance data reliability and quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical degree or related work experience. Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, and MongoDB. Experience programming and/or architecting back-end solutions using Java or J2EE. Knowledge of data mining practices, algorithms, and applications of data. Preferred Skills: Experience with big data ecosystems and distributed processing.
