Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to plan and execute welds
• Fit, align, and tack weld structural and process piping components to specifications
• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other materials
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and cutting equipment to prepare and finish weld joints
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter in an industrial, structural, or process piping environment
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and weld symbols
• Experience fitting and aligning pipe, plate, or structural steel components
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and PPE requirements
• AWS certification or equivalent welding certifications preferred
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
