Job Details JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to support AIA progress billings, accounts receivable, collections, and lien releases in a construction environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and process AIA progress billings, T&M billings, and change orders. Ensure billings align with contract terms, schedules of values, and approvals. Monitor AR aging and support collections and dispute resolution. Apply cash receipts and resolve unapplied or short payments. Prepare, issue, and track conditional and unconditional lien releases.
