Analyze financial data to identify potential discrepancies and variances. 3. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes. 4. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws. 5. Conduct regular ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable. 6. Participate in internal and external audits, and rectify any discrepancies. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial procedures and ensure operational efficiency. 8. Use accounting software, spreadsheets, and databases to accurately track and record financial information. 9. Provide financial forecasting and risk analysis assessments. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. 2. A minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial management software. 4. Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations. 5. Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. 6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus. 10.
