You'll be responsible for residential service work like: troubleshooting and repair, service and panel upgrades, remodel wiring, installing circuits, devices, and lighting. You'll work directly with homeowners and supervise a helper.
Pay is hourly, not commission. We have no sales quotas, and you'll never be asked to upsell a customer. We'd rather do good work and keep customers for life.

- Weekly pay
- Profit sharing bonuses twice a year
- 401(k) with company match
- Health and dental insurance with company contributions

- Support continuing education and license renewal costs
- Company van, power tools, and uniform shirts provided
Requirements
- 6+ years of electrical experience, at least 2 in a lead role
- Strong residential troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working with customers
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
