We are looking for a motivated HVAC Electrical/Mechanical Testing Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HVAC technician who wants to use their skills in a manufacturing environment while avoiding a long daily commute.

You will work with commercial HVAC equipment, performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, testing, and diagnostics while ensuring equipment meets quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, wiring, testing, and quality inspections of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Operate testing equipment, record test results, and report any issues to ensure products meet quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, HVAC, or industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use electrical meters and testing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be willing to travel to Homestead, FL for several weeks of paid training.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass a pre-employment drug test.
