Position: Maintenance Manager Salary Range: $135K-$150K Relocation: Yes Summary Of Job: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance professional to lead plant maintenance, equipment reliability, and repair activities in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for improving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, managing maintenance costs, coordinating maintenance activities with Operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance personnel, work schedules, work orders, spare parts inventory, equipment inspections, shutdown activities, and maintenance projects while promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have strong maintenance and reliability experience, proven supervisory leadership, knowledge of bulk solids handling equipment and industrial systems, and experience working in mining, light industrial, salt, food, or packaging environments.
