IT PROJECT MANAGER - IT SERVICES

Job Description: Work location- Bothell WA -work 50% of the time at the Bothell office. The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. Focuses on IT Projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from project definition through implementation. Deliver projects that meet agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. Develop project plans and drive progress against key milestones. Build and maintain a communication plan for the project team and key stakeholders. Provide day to day direction to project resources. Make sure change management happens throughout the life of each project. Prepare project documentation, status reports, and budgets. Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Proven experience managing IT projects across the full project lifecycle Strong hands-on experience managing a budget for large projects. Working knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word Strong skills in project planning, negotiation, judgment, leadership, decision making, analysis, and problem solving Experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership Pay Range: $55.00 - 60.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
