Job Title: HVAC Lead Installer

Work Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday / Busy year round, not seasonal, with some overtime required

Pay Scale: Performance Pay + Benefits + Spiffs

What You'll Do:

• Lead residential HVAC system installs from start to finish
• Set equipment, run line sets, braze, pull vacuum, charge, and commission systems
• Install and modify ductwork, venting, and electrical connections as needed
• Direct and mentor installer helpers
• Keep job sites clean and communicate professionally with homeowners
• Make sure every install meets code and our quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of residential HVAC install experience, with time spent leading jobs
• EPA 608 certification
• Texas ACR registration or certification (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
• Pride in craftsmanship and a professional attitude with customers
• Well organized and ability to work independently
• Energetic personality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal skills
• Punctual
