Job description
Image, configure, test, and deploy desktops, tablets, and other hardware. Perform hardware/software testing before deployment. Receive, inspect, inventory, tag, and track IT assets. Prepare, package, and ship equipment to customer/government locations. Troubleshoot imaging, configuration, and hardware issues. Follow security, quality control, and documented procedures. Support state/federal/CJIS security requirements. Maintain required security clearances, background checks, and access credentials. Assist with process improvement and special projects.
