Location: Fort Meade, MD (on-site / no remote work available) Required: U.S. Citizen Active/recent (last 24 months) U.S. government Top Secret security clearance Minimum 5 years of IT-related experience, preferably within a DoD facility Desired: AESMP (ServiceNow) database management ITIL Foundations v4 Microsoft 365 expertise Project management support services Army IT Metrics Program Microsoft Teams and SharePoint expertise Job Description: Provide project management support services, requirements analysis, requirements evaluation, planning, implementation, and documentation by applying industry best practices in conjunction with the NEC IT life cycle management process methodology. Develop service level agreements to meet customer requirements. Develop reports to meet Army IT Metrics Program requirements. Provide change and version control. Track project issues, problems, and risks. Assess and manage risks. Provide performance and quality indicators that provide visibility into developing trends and to forecast potential/future problems/risks related to cost, resources, quality, and schedule.
