Prefer your projects clean, code tight, and client approved? This role blends technical mastery with client interaction across homes and light commercial spaces.

What You'll Do

• Execute service calls and small projects solo-from diagnosis to repair-across residential and light commercial environments.
• Read and apply blueprints/schematics to plan layouts that meet NEC and local inspection standards.
• Be the on site pro: explain findings in plain language, review options, and provide clear estimates.
• Keep job areas safe and tidy; prioritize safety protocols at all times.

Must Haves

• Delaware Journeyman Electrician License (active).
• 4-5+ years' experience spanning residential wiring and light commercial work (office fit outs, small retail, etc.).
• Strength in troubleshooting complex circuitry, upgrading panels, running/bending conduit, and installing devices/fixtures.
• Top tier communication and customer service skills; reliable, on time, and professional.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts.
