Why This Role- Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday
- Choose your rhythm: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) or Swing Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Long-term temporary assignment with steady hands-on experience
- Located in Austin, Texas
- Transform rough components through deburring, buffing, and polishing
- Operate shop machines to move jobs through production
- Wash and clean parts to maintain quality standards
- Pitch in with general shop duties wherever needed
- Contribute to orbital welding tasks and tube bending operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Hands-on deburring
- Background in aerospace manufacturing
- Press Brake
