Job Description

Marketing Specialist

New York, NY Full-time Monday-Friday On-site

Can You Make a Message Land?

In a busy city, you need to communicate clearly and give people a reason to engage. We're hiring a Marketing Specialist in New York to help deliver live campaigns, introduce client brands, and learn from the conversations those campaigns create.

You'll combine preparation, public interaction, and performance reporting while working alongside the marketing team.

From Campaign Brief to Live Delivery

  • Translate approved campaign messaging into clear presentations and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate schedules, displays, resources, and launch requirements.
  • Represent brands at promotional venues and in-person activations.
  • Start conversations, listen to customer interests, and explain relevant products or services.
  • Maintain consistent, accurate messaging across campaign touchpoints.
  • Record engagement information and recurring customer questions.
  • Review audience feedback and suggest adjustments to campaign delivery.
  • Prepare concise progress reports for the wider team.

Bring Something We Can Build On

Experience in marketing, communications, promotions, or events is helpful. Retail, hospitality, public-facing work, internships, and community projects can also demonstrate relevant skills.

A specific degree isn't required. We value:

  • Confident communication with people from different backgrounds.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfort presenting information and responding to questions.
  • Curiosity about audience behavior and campaign results.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, and workplace tools.
  • Availability to commute to the New York workplace and local campaign venues.

Develop Your Craft

Training will cover brand guidelines, campaign processes, and reporting expectations. You'll receive practical feedback, contribute ideas during planning, and develop greater ownership of assigned campaign activities.

Apply through LinkedIn with your current resume.

Equal Opportunity Employer.
