Bring Your Ideas Into the Conversation
A good campaign starts with understanding people: what interests them, what questions they ask, and what makes a message clear.
We're looking for a Marketing Specialist in New Orleans to support campaigns, promotional activity, and customer engagement. You'll combine creative preparation with face-to-face brand representation, helping deliver experiences that feel welcoming and communicate something useful.
Your Campaign Responsibilities

- Work with colleagues to prepare displays and event resources.
- Gather customer feedback and track campaign engagement.
- Prepare performance summaries and recommend practical improvements.
- Review materials for accuracy and consistent brand messaging.
What Makes a Strong Match
Marketing, events, promotions, or communications experience is helpful. We also value experience from New Orleans hospitality, tourism, retail, and other public-facing settings where listening, explaining, and adapting are part of the job.
You don't need a particular degree. Relevant internships, community projects, and transferable work experience are welcome.
We're looking for:
- Confident communication and attentive listening.
- Good organization and attention to deadlines.
- Creativity backed by practical follow-through.
- Comfort interacting with customers and event attendees.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, and digital tools.
- Reliable availability for on-site work in New Orleans.
