Marketing Project Coordinator
Contract, part-time Nashville, TN
First Honey is a Mānuka honey skin and wound care brand sold at Whole Foods and on Amazon, now part of Gentell. We're launching new products and an ambitious consumer growth program from October through February, and we need a sharp, proactive coordinator to help bring it to life.

The role
You'll work directly with our Founder, who leads all creative (scripts, storyboards, brand direction), alongside our Business Development Manager and Customer Support team. Your job is to make sure everything actually happens: on time, on budget, and without anyone having to chase you.

What you'll coordinate
- Product and lifestyle photo shoots for new launches
- Amazon video ad production with an outside video producer
- A doctor-led educational video series: booking experts, sets, and shoot logistics
- TikTok launch: creator recruitment, TikTok Shop affiliate setup, and sample sends
- Paid influencer partnerships: outreach, contracts, usage rights, and deliverables
- PR and influencer kit sends (about 125 kits): packaging vendors, fulfillment, and tracking
- Budget and results tracking across all of it

What you'll do day to day
- Research and source vendors, request quotes, and present clear comparisons
- Build and manage timelines, and flag risks before they become problems
- Follow up relentlessly with vendors, creators, and partners
- Keep simple trackers for spend, deliverables, and results

Who you are
- 3+ years in marketing coordination, ideally at a CPG or beauty brand or an agency
- Experience with influencer, creator, or production logistics
- A self-starter who asks good questions, then runs with the answers
- Organized, fast, and comfortable juggling many moving parts
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or Amazon is a plus

- Contract, October 2026 through February 2027, with potential to extend
- 20-25 hours per week, Nashville-based (some shoots and in-person work)
