Job description
About Bodaq
Our company provides an innovative finishing material for new construction, renovation and interior design. Bodaq self-adhesive vinyl film is a modern alternative to traditional laminate, wallpaper, and paint. It is used for finishing walls, panels, furniture, cabinets and more.
As we continue expanding throughout the United States, we are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Installer & Dealer Network Development Manager to build, develop, and manage our growing network of professional installers and dealers across the country.
This role requires a combination of business development skills, strong communication abilities, and knowledge of construction and vinyl film installation processes.
About the Role
You will become one of the key faces of Bodaq in the U.S. installer and dealer community.
Your job will be to find the right people, build strong relationships with them, keep them engaged, and help them grow their business with Bodaq. Coordinate and connect installers from different regions when the company or our partners/clients require a qualified sub-contractor to apply Bodaq film
This is not a traditional inside-sales position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting people face-to-face, visiting businesses and job sites, attending industry events, conducting product presentations and training, and developing relationships over time.
You will travel throughout the United States to develop and maintain Bodaq's installer and dealer network.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing a large territory, organizing frequent travel, and taking ownership of business development.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop strategies to increase sales through the existing installer and dealer network.
- Maintain regular follow-up with partners and ensure relationships remain active and productive.
Field Sales & Travel
- Travel regularly throughout assigned U.S. territories.
- Visit installers, dealers, contractors, showrooms, and project sites.
- Conduct in-person product presentations and relationship meetings.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, networking events, and installer training sessions.
- Represent Bodaq professionally at industry events and in customer meetings.
- Identify opportunities for local market development and partnerships.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regional construction, renovation, design, and architectural markets.
Installer Network Support
- Work closely with Bodaq's installation and operations teams to support installer partners.
- Help connect customers and projects with appropriate certified installers.
- Assist installers with product information, resources, and training opportunities.
- Gather feedback from installers regarding products, installation processes, pricing, training, and customer needs.
- Identify recurring issues or opportunities within the installer network and communicate them to management.
- Help strengthen Bodaq's installer certification and training network.
Dealer Development
- Identify potential dealer and distributor partners in key U.S. markets.
- Build relationships with architectural product distributors, design showrooms, flooring/interior businesses, and other potential sales channels.
- Present Bodaq's dealer program and value proposition.
- Support new dealers through onboarding and initial sales development.
- Help dealers develop local demand and identify opportunities to grow their Bodaq business.
- Monitor dealer activity and identify opportunities for additional support or expansion.

- Maintain accurate records of installer, dealer, and prospect relationships in the CRM.
- Track meetings, calls, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activity.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and active partners.
- Provide regular reports on territory activity, new accounts, opportunities, and market feedback.
- Communicate market trends and competitor activity to management.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a hunter and relationship builder - someone who is comfortable opening doors, meeting new people, and turning relationships into business.
Compensation & Benefits
- 80,000-100,000 annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based compensation/bonus opportunities may be available based on company and individual goals.
- Company health and extended benefits.
- Paid vacation:
- 2 weeks to start
- 3 weeks after 5 years of employment
- Paid sick/personal days in accordance with company policy and applicable employment standards.
Why Join Bodaq?
Bodaq is in an exciting stage of growth across North America, and our installer and dealer network will be a major part of our future.
This is an opportunity to build something rather than simply manage an existing territory.
You will have the freedom to develop relationships, explore new markets, travel throughout the United States, meet industry professionals, and directly influence the growth of the Bodaq brand.
If you're a natural salesperson, a strong relationship builder, and someone who would rather be out meeting people than sitting behind a desk, we want to hear from you.
If you are ready to help build Bodaq's U.S. installer and dealer network, apply today.
You'll be taken to the employer's application page.
