About the Company
About the companyOur client is a fast-growing, venture-backed NYC startup building the all-in-one platform for live-experience businesses. Nightlife venues, festivals, hospitality groups and event organizers run ticketing, reservations, table management, door operations, payments, POS integrations, CRM and marketing on one system - and guests book through its consumer apps.
- Growth: several-fold year-over-year revenue growth, and profitable before raising institutional capital
- Customers: some of the best-known hospitality groups, resorts and music festivals in the US
- Backing: top-tier investors plus founders and executives from well-known consumer and marketplace companies

- Build real-time door and floor updates with Socket.IO, Redis and Bull background jobs
- Own payment flows on Stripe and Stripe Connect, including payouts to venues
- Build and harden POS integrations with Toast, Oracle Micros/Simphony, Aloha, Square, Omnivore and others
- Deliver custom implementations for enterprise clients, working directly with their teams
- Help bring AI-powered features to the product
- Raise the bar on code quality, testing and observability as we grow the in-house team
