Job description
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking experienced Welders for a metal fabrication and manufacturing facility. Candidates should have hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Flux Core welding, along with the ability to read blueprints, perform fit-up, prepare materials, and inspect completed welds for quality. Must be comfortable using grinders, hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment in a fast-paced shop environment. Previous industrial manufacturing or fabrication experience is strongly preferred.
