Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance on commercial pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
Use hand and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations.
Conduct thorough inspections of pool systems to identify potential issues or required repairs.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in various environments.
Requirements
Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair various pool equipment.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
