Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional HVAC service and diagnostics to residential customers. Accurately diagnose and repair HVAC system issues. Present and sell solutions to customers, focusing on their needs and building trust. Maintain healthy service ticket averages and generate quality system flips. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, earning repeat business and referrals. Mentor and train junior technicians as the team grows.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Service & Diagnostic Technician. Expert-level diagnostic and repair skills for all major HVAC brands and systems. Proven sales track record with a customer-centric approach. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to exceed expectations. EPA certification. Clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check.
