We are hiring General Labor workers for full-time, day-shift positions in Springdale, AR, with work scheduled Monday through Saturday. These are temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities. Duties include construction cleanup, setting up and taking down tents, loading and unloading trucks, arranging tables and chairs, providing hospitality support, and performing other general labor tasks. Some positions require lifting over 50 lbs, and most work is outdoors. No prior experience is required, as training is provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction cleanup and general labor duties.
• Set up and take down tents.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Set up tables and chairs.
• Assist with hospitality tasks and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs for positions that require it.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
