Pay

$15.00-$20.00 per hour plus commission, and customer tips. Starting pay based on experience, qualifications, and position.

Job Responsibilities

As a Junk Removal Crew Member, you'll work alongside our team to help residential and commercial customers reclaim their spaces.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely lifting, carrying, loading, and removing furniture, appliances, household junk, and other unwanted items.
• Performing garage, basement, attic, estate, and full-property cleanouts.
• Assisting with light demolition projects and construction debris removal.
• Loading trucks, trailers, and dumpsters safely and efficiently.
• Protecting customers' property while moving items through homes and businesses.
• Sweeping and cleaning work areas upon completion.
• Sorting and properly disposing of materials according to company procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
• Assisting with daily vehicle inspections, equipment maintenance, and general shop duties.
• Providing friendly, respectful, and professional customer service.
• Following company safety procedures and crew leader instructions.

Qualifications

• Are dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Are comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Can repeatedly lift and carry heavy or bulky items, with team assistance or equipment when appropriate.
• Are comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Can work effectively as part of a team.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Are willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.

Previous experience is not required for entry-level positions. We provide paid training.

Experience in junk removal, moving, landscaping, construction, demolition, or general labor is a plus.

A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are preferred for employees interested in advancing into driving and crew leadership positions.

Schedule & Availability

• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Expected Hours: Approximately 10-30 hours per week (not guaranteed)
• Workdays: Monday-Friday
• Availability Needed: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Scheduling: Hours vary based on customer demand, scheduled jobs, and operational needs.

Please Note: This is a variable-hour, part-time position. Weekly hours may fluctuate, and no minimum number of hours is guaranteed.
