TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Shop Hand for a metal manufacturing company in the Shreveport area.
- Assist with daily shop operations in a metal manufacturing environment
- Perform grinding and other general shop duties
- Lift and move materials as needed
- Stack and organize materials safely and efficiently
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Previous manufacturing, shop, or industrial experience is a plus
- Experience operating a forklift is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to safely lift and move materials
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
