Commercial & Residential Roofer - Madison, WI

Pay: $20-$35/hr based on experience
Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance

Joint Construction is looking for experienced Commercial & Residential Roofers to join our team in the Madison area.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential roofing systems
• Tear-off and prepare roofs for installation
• Install shingles, flat roofing, flashing, and other roofing materials
• Perform roof repairs and replacements
• Use hand and power tools
• Follow jobsite safety procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean jobsite

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of commercial or residential roofing experience
• Must be a current Wisconsin resident
• Must have fall protection/safety harness experience
• Basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and with a crew
• Comfortable working at heights
