We are seeking a Commercial Plumber to support new-construction projects involving water and sewer lines. Plumbers work in pairs with a journeyman on foreman-supervised crews. Plumbing experience is appreciated, with wages ranging from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience. This role offers a progression path from apprentice to journeyman.
Responsibilities
- Install piping for commercial plumbing systems, including water and sewer lines.
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems.
- Install plumbing fixtures and related components.
- Clean and service drainage systems.
- Read and interpret plumbing blueprints.
- Maintain plumbing equipment.
- Perform pressure testing to verify system performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
- OSHA 10-Hour certification.
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, pipefitting, plumbing codes, blueprint reading, and drainage systems.
