Central Electric, Inc is growing and expanding. As a statewide electrical contractor, we are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team and support current and ongoing projects in the Deer Lodge area. With established contracts and sustained work anticipated, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for long-term, local employment.

At a glance

• Pay: $36-$40 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, typically 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime

Responsibilities

• Successful candidate will be knowledgeable, driven, dependable, and personable
• Ability to lead and direct crew of apprentices and journeymen electricians
• Must have demonstrated ability to complete projects
• Must maintain Montana Journeyman Electrician's license
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines to maintain compliance with safety standards
• Participate in training sessions to enhance electrical knowledge and skills

Environment: Active construction sites/indoor and outdoor

Physical requirements:

• Must have the ability to wear required PPE
• Lifting: Lift up to 50lbs infrequently
• Fine motor skills: Grasp, push, greater than 75% of the time
• Position: stand, walk, and crouch greater than 75% of the time
