Metal Solutions of TN LLC is a Nashville fabrication shop producing high-end architectural metalwork - staircases, handrails, guardrails and one-of-a-kind metal features for luxury residences and commercial spaces. Our workload is growing and we are adding a seasoned fabricator to the team. We need someone who can pick up a set of drawings and turn out finished, quality work from day one. Please note: we do not offer on-the-job welding training. Applicants must already have solid hands-on fabrication experience. What you'll be doing: - MIG welding steel, stainless and aluminum assemblies (stringers, rails, posts, brackets) - Reading shop drawings and blueprints, including weld symbols and dimensions - Laying out stair geometry, angles and curves; fitting and tacking parts accurately - Grinding and finishing pieces ready for powder coat or polish - Operating press brake, shear, ironworker and saws - Occasionally helping with field measurements, deliveries or installs What we're looking for: - 3+ years of custom or architectural fabrication work (stairs/railings a big plus) - Confident blueprint reader who works independently and owns their quality - Consistent, clean welds; TIG on stainless/aluminum is a bonus - Dependable attendance and attention to detail - Resume plus photos of past projects you built Bonus points: - Bilingual English/Spanish (Se habla espanol) - Field installation background - Complex or floating stair builds Compensation & benefits: - $25-$40 per hour depending on skill level - Weekly direct deposit, year-round work - Paid holidays after 90 days; paid vacation after one year Location: 2180 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211 (in person, full-time) To apply, submit your resume and project photos.
