Pay Rate: $32.00 - $44.00/hour (Based on experience) + Lead Trainee Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Perform rough wood framing on commercial and residential projects throughout the Twin Cities metro area.
- Read and interpret building plans, assembly blueprints, and material callouts (LVLs, wall panels, hardware, plywood).
- Maintain job site safety, high-quality workmanship, and a clean, professional job site image.
- Lead Trainees: Participate in pre-job plan reviews, safety briefings, and crew leadership development alongside project management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of wood framing/carpentry experience (commercial or residential).
- Reliability & Communication: Must show up on time every day. If an emergency happens, direct communication with your supervisor is required.
- Proof of Work History: Must be able to demonstrate consistent work history ( 40 hours/week over the past 6 months via pay stubs or deposit history).
- Skills Evaluation: Ability to pass a basic math, plan-reading, and material identification check during the interview.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
